Sharing your data and contact details
UNITY is the data controller for this processing. We do not share your data with unauthorised persons. However, we use our data processor, Hubspot, and advertising agency Mighty Monday to send out newsletters, and they have access to the data. Your data is also shared with Nybolig and Danbolig, who use your data for marketing and rental management. You consent to Nybolig and Danbolig and their real estate agents (Employees) contacting you directly by phone, text message or email.

Right to see data (right of access)
You have the right to access the data we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.
Right to rectification
In special cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain cases. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may in future only process the data, with the exception of storage, with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to transmit data (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have those personal data transmitted from one data controller to another without hindrance.
